Refund & Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice via email.

Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and is due for payment. Deposits are non-refundable.

If we are unable to deliver agreed work, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the undelivered portion. No refunds are issued for work that has been completed and delivered.
