By engaging Gugutza LLP ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. Services are provided on a project basis agreed in writing before work begins.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All intellectual property transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any project at our discretion. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gugutza LLP is registered.
